Key Responsibilities
? Calendar Management: Efficiently manage and organize calendars, schedule appointments, and handle email communications as part of your executive support duties.
? HR Administration: Support various human resources functions, including maintaining employee records and assisting with payroll operations.
? Office Administration: Supervise office management responsibilities, encompassing bookkeeping and general office operations.
? Technology Utilization: Leverage different technology platforms, such as CRM and database systems, to oversee documentation and enhance workflow efficiency.
? Customer Service: Deliver exemplary customer service by responding to inbound calls, managing email inquiries, and addressing customer concerns promptly.
? Data Entry: Perform accurate data entry and maintain meticulous customer credit records.
? Software Proficiency: Employ Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) alongside software like QuickBooks and Salesforce for various administrative tasks.
Required Skills
? Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
? Familiarity with QuickBooks and Salesforce is advantageous.
? Strong customer service abilities with experience in handling calls and emails.
? Demonstrated proficiency in data entry and maintaining effective email correspondence.
? Capability to efficiently schedule appointments and manage multiple calendars.
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
? Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
? Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and prioritize effectively.
Qualifications
? A minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative capacity or a similar role.
? High school diploma or equivalent is required; further education or relevant certifications are preferred.
