### Key Responsibilities

  • **Client Communication:** Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and online chat. Provide accurate information regarding account management, policy details, and available products.
  • **Account Management:** Assist clients in navigating their account details, updating information as needed, and troubleshooting access issues. Maintain thorough documentation of all interactions in the client management system.
  • **Support Team Collaboration:** Work closely with account managers and other departments to identify client needs and facilitate timely resolutions to ensure client satisfaction.
  • **Problem Resolution:** Use your decision-making skills to identify and troubleshoot client issues, working towards solutions efficiently and effectively.
  • **Client Education:** Provide insights and information to clients about their insurance policies, benefits, and resources available through Massachusetts Mutual, fostering an understanding of our offerings.
  • **Feedback Implementation:** Gather and report client feedback and trends to management to identify opportunities for improvement in service delivery and product offerings.
  • **Continual Learning:** Stay updated on industry trends, company products, and regulations to provide clients with the most accurate and relevant information.

### Requirements

    #### Experience and Education
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, account management, or a related field.
  • A Bachelor?s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related area is preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.
