Role Overview: We?re seeking an experienced Manager, Corporate Real Estate to lead our real estate activities across multiple locations. In this role, you?ll help optimize real estate solutions, negotiate leases, and manage facilities operations to support our growth and success.

What You?ll Do:

Lease Negotiations: Oversee the negotiation of leases for the establishment, renewal, termination, subleasing, and relocation of office spaces nationwide.
Real Estate Solutions: Ensure that all real estate decisions align with staffing projections and business strategies.
Interior Design : Manage tenant construction, office design, furniture installation, and move-in activities.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new office locations, and analyze financial and demographic factors.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with IT, HR, Legal, and other departments to ensure smooth leasing and project management.
Budget Oversight: Assist in managing leasing schedules and budgets to achieve cost-effective solutions.
Crisis Management: Support operational responses during crisis events, ensuring the continuity of services.

What We?re Looking For:

Experience: At least 5 years in Commercial Real Estate, Facilities Management, or a related field.
Knowledge: Familiarity with Real Estate Law, Space Planning, and Property Management is essential.
Skills: Strong budgeting, financial analysis, and negotiation skills. Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally.
Education: A Bachelor?s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
