What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve business growth within the assigned region
• Establish and maintain relationships with Regional Chain targets, distributors, and broker teams
• Collaborate with key team members to create integrated customer business plans
• Manage a robust pipeline and conduct regular performance reviews with operators
• Support business development activities, including trade shows and market events

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the food service industry, preferably in poultry or protein
• Bachelor of Science degree required
• Proven regional account relationships to drive immediate impact
• Extensive travel required (estimated 50%+)
• Superior planning, organizational, and communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Experience in developing and maintaining key customer relationships
• Proficiency with various computer applications
• Strong presentation abilities and experience in the food service sector
