Recruiter - Work from Home

We seek a motivated and self-driven Independent Contractor Recruiter to join our team. Successful candidates will have the unique opportunity to grow and advance in a dynamic environment where their skills in candidate sourcing and recruitment are crucial. This is a commission-based role, perfect for those who are ambitious, aggressive, and independent in their search for the right candidates to fill our job openings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize your own resources and budget to generate leads (note: leads will not be provided)

• Work aggressively to pursue and attract candidates for open positions

• Maintain effective communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process

• Collaborate with our back office support team for updates and utilize our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for efficient candidate tracking

• Build and maintain professional relationships with both candidates and clients

Requirements:

• Must have the ability to work on a 100% commission basis; no base salary or draws are provided

• Must own a laptop or desktop computer (we will not supply)

• Need to possess a phone with a US phone number that can place and receive calls

• Have an ambitious and aggressive attitude towards sourcing and recruiting candidates

• Prior experience in recruitment is preferred but not required; we?re willing to train the right individual who is eager to learn and can commit the necessary time

• Flexible scheduling is available; you choose your hours, whether part-time or full-time

• A minimum commitment of 20 hours per week is preferred
