Recruiter - Executive Talent (Hybrid Remote)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for external candidates for hospital leadership positions and executive development program opportunities
• Market job opportunities on various media outlets
• Utilize Salesforce CRM to track candidate data and build candidate pipelines
• Conduct thorough candidate interviews through various mediums
• Participate in strategy meetings with Regional Executive Leadership and provide regular updates
• Conduct research to verify candidate effectiveness and reputation
• Advise hiring managers on selection decisions based on interview feedback and references
• Prepare salary recommendations and negotiate executive compensation packages
• Successfully negotiate job offers with selected candidates
• Communicate rejection news with a customer service approach
• Attend and coordinate graduate school conferences and job fairs
What is Required (Qualifications):
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field of Business or Health Care Administration, HR or I/O Psychology preferred
• Master's degree in related field preferred
• At least 4 years of search firm, corporate recruiting, sales or HR experience required
• Healthcare recruiting experience preferred
• Experience with an ATS system and preferably a CRM system
• Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office Products preferred
• Knowledge of Human Resource policies, procedures, laws, standards, and government regulations
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with all levels of personnel
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Master's degree in a related field
• Previous experience in healthcare industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products
• Familiarity with Human Resource policies and regulations
