Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Remote Receptionist for our client. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers and partners, providing friendly, professional assistance to ensure a seamless experience. You'll manage incoming calls, respond to inquiries, schedule appointments, and provide basic support to our clients regarding their hearing needs. This position is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, a strong ability to multitask, and a genuine passion for helping others.

Key Responsibilities: ? Answer and direct incoming calls in a timely and professional manner. ? Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding appointments, products, and services. ? Schedule and confirm patient appointments using scheduling software. ? Assist clients with basic information about hearing aids and services offered. ? Relay messages to audiologists, specialists, and other staff as necessary. ? Manage and maintain accurate patient records in our system. ? Coordinate hearing aid orders and repairs by communicating with suppliers and clients. ? Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, maintaining office records, and filing reports. ? Provide exceptional customer service and resolve client concerns or route them to the appropriate team member.

Requirements: ? Proven experience in a receptionist or customer service role (experience in healthcare, hearing solutions, or similar fields is a plus). ? Strong verbal and written communication skills. ? Proficient with office and scheduling software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, appointment scheduling tools). ? Ability to handle multiple calls and tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. ? Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. ? Comfortable with remote work and able to work independently with minimal supervision. ? Empathy, patience, and the ability to deal with clients experiencing hearing challenges.

Preferred Qualifications: ? Experience working in the healthcare or audiology industry. ? Familiarity with hearing aids, accessories, or audiology-related products
