Role overview
As RWD project manager, you will drive the success of our Real-World Data (RWD) and Real-World Evidence (RWE) projects, ensuring exceptional customer experiences. This role requires an initiative-taking and dynamic professional with ideally a background in Pharmaceutical or CRO industry, and preferably with added experience in either system integration, technology, or healthcare sectors. You will be at the forefront of managing client projects, coordinating with multiple teams globally, and engaging with stakeholders to deliver impactful results.
You will play a pivotal role in managing and delivering complex RWD projects typically to global Life Science clients, including multi-modal data sets from multiple sites and countries. The impactful insights are bridging the gap between Life Sciences and healthcare, to ultimately benefit patient care!
Key Responsibilities
As RWD Project manager, you will:
? Project scoping: collaborate with sales and delivery teams to define data and evidence deliverables, estimate project workloads, and develop timelines.
? Project management: create detailed delivery plans, manage risk, and issue logs, and track project performance. Ensure timely invoicing and accurate revenue recognition.
? Stakeholder engagement: own customer relationships post-contract, consult with clients, and contribute to business growth in key pharmaceutical accounts.
Critical Success Factors & Key Challenges
To excel in this role, you should possess:
? Experience in managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
? Solid understanding of Real-World Data and its applications in Life Sciences and healthcare.
? Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
? Proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
Qualifications & Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
? Master's or doctorate in public health, epidemiology, biostatistics, healthcare informatics, or equivalent experience.
? Experience with pharmaceutical companies and understanding of drug approval processes.
? Expertise in managing RWD and evidence generation projects and working with data from electronic health records, registries, biobanks, and more.
? Experience from managing multi-country and multi-modal global projects is meriting.
? Strong project management skills and ability to work in a global environment.
? Excellent communication and networking abilities in English, both written and verbal.
? U.S. work authorization already active.

We are seeking a full-time employee for a fully remote position, ideally based in the Eastern Time Zone (EST) to effectively support clients across different time zones. Our corporate offices are located in Boston, Helsinki, Zurich, and Singapore, necessitating flexibility for scheduling meetings across geographies.
Occasional travel, including international trips for client meetings, industry events, and company gatherings, is required.
