Quality Engineer/ Specialist, Compliance

Partner with the best As a Quality Compliance Engineer/Specialist, you will have varied responsibilities relating to the maintenance of our Quality Management System (QMS), Multisite Certification Program, conducting of ISO and/or API audits, and ensuring regulatory or industry standards are embedded into our quality systems and processes. As a Quality Compliance Engineer/Specialist, you will: Be a member of the Internal Audit and Compliance Team in performing evaluation for compliance with regulatory, statutory or industry standards requirements. Assess compliance of systems, processes, and... procedures through internal audits Provide feedback in the form of audit findings and observation and review corrective actions Provide regional support on regulatory and industry standards expertise Raise corrective action requests for any nonconformities identified, follow up and review effectiveness until proper closure Serves as a subject matter expert for industry standards, regulatory and stator requirements Identify and/or implement regulatory compliance initiatives based on current and forthcoming regulatory requirements Actively participate in HSE programs as assigned Keep work areas of the facility in a safe, clean and organized manner at all times in accordance to with 6S Checklist. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have a Bachelor's degree (or Global degree equivalent) Demonstrate at least 5 years of functional quality experience Have Certified Auditor status ISO 9001:2015 and/or API Q1/API Q2 or deemed subject matter expert for Oil & Gas industry quality standards Demonstrate problem solving skills Be able to speak and write English fluently Working with us Our people are at the heart of what we do at Baker Hughes.
