What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Serve as the advocate for providers by demonstrating accountability and ownership to resolve issues
? Provide service to providers through multiple channels, including calls and concurrent chat
? Quickly triage contacts from healthcare professionals, answering questions and resolving issues
? Research and resolve complex prior authorization and claim issues to avoid repeat calls and provider dissatisfaction
? Collaborate with internal partners to ensure timely resolution and communication of issues to providers
What Is Required (Qualifications)
? High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent work experience
? Must be 18 years of age or older
? 1+ years of customer service experience analyzing and solving customer concerns
? Typing speed of 35-40 WPM with 90% accuracy
? Experience with computer and Windows PC applications
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Prior healthcare experience and knowledge of healthcare terminology
? Experience in a related environment (i.e., office, call center, customer service) using phones and computers as primary tools
