Koniag IT Systems, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Project Resource Scheduler (PRS) to support KITS and our government customer. This is a Remote opportunity.

Koniag IT Services is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Resource Scheduler (PRS) to support the federal project management team by maintaining a high-level master schedule for all projects and resource assignments. The PRS will be responsible for ensuring that all taskings comply with USDA CEC and IOD processes and regulations while enabling accurate metrics for resource usage, work forecasts, and more. This role demands a senior level of experience in large complex programs, cost and schedule integration tools, schedule risk assessment, and project management methodologies. The ideal candidate will possess excellent planning, time management, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities: ? Maintain and update the master schedule of all projects and resource assignments for the division. ? Coordinate with the federal project management team to track resource allocation and project timelines. ? Produce and manage accurate metrics related to resource usage, work forecasts, and project progress. ? Integrate cost and schedule data, ensuring that baseline change control processes are followed. ? Conduct monthly schedule status reviews and provide reports. ? Perform Schedule Risk Assessments (SRA) and critical path method (CPM) analysis. ? Assist in the identification and implementation of process improvements to enhance business operations. ? Collaborate with vendors and internal/external customers to coordinate service area technologies and ensure smooth operations. ? Communicate project status, issues, and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders. ? Follow USDA CEC and IOD processes and regulations for all scheduling activities.

Minimum Required Skills:
? Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
? Ability to interface with government and internal/external customers professionally and courteously.
? Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
? Strong organization, planning, and time management skills.
? Ability to facilitate meetings and provide leadership in a collaborative setting.
? Technical communication skills, including proficiency in MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, Outlook, Visio, and SharePoint.
? Expertise in business process analysis, process mapping, and translating requirements into government contracting terms.
? Experience with vendor coordination and service area technologies, along with collaboration and team analysis.
? Knowledge of Remedy and ServiceNow tools, along with ITIL best practices for service management.
? Experience with data analysis, including providing support to the USDA?s data analytics team.
? Understanding of federal contracting terms, processes, and current regulations.
? Ability to be on-call for emergencies and respond promptly to urgent matters.

Preferred Qualifications: ? Experience working with Schedule Risk Assessments (SRA) and Schedule Critical Path Method (CPM). ? Familiarity with industry best practices for Service Desk functions and performance metrics. ? Expertise in requirements and business process analysis as it relates to service delivery and performance improvement.

Working Environment & Conditions

This job operates in a professional office environment and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

This position is primarily indoors, consistent with a standard office position and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. The incumbent is required to stand, walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. The workload may require the incumbent to sit for extended periods of time. The incumbent must be able to read, do simple math calculations and withstand moderate amounts of stress.

The incumbent must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
