Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Project Manager with a strong background in Agile methodologies and technical project management. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience leading state-level projects, expertise in using MS Project, and a technical understanding of AngularJS, Node.js, and AWS cloud platforms. The candidate will play a pivotal role in managing the delivery of large-scale, complex projects in a government setting.

Key Responsibilities: ? Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of state-level IT projects in accordance with Agile methodologies. ? Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment with objectives and timelines. ? Utilize MS Project for scheduling, resource management, and reporting to maintain project visibility and control. ? Provide technical leadership in projects involving AngularJS, Node.js, and AWS cloud technologies. ? Manage project risks, issues, and change requests, ensuring timely resolution and communication with stakeholders. ? Lead Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. ? Ensure compliance with state government policies, standards, and project governance. ? Maintain strong relationships with state clients, managing expectations, and driving the achievement of project milestones. ? Mentor and guide team members in Agile best practices and technical development methodologies.

Qualifications: ? Minimum 15 years of experience managing state government IT projects. ? Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban). ? Proficiency in MS Project for project tracking and reporting. ? Technical expertise in AngularJS, Node.js, and AWS cloud solutions. ? Proven experience in managing large, cross-functional teams. ? Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. ? Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. ? Experience working with state government agencies or similar environments.

Preferred Qualifications: ? PMP or Agile certification (e.g., CSM, PMI-ACP). ? Experience working with other cloud platforms and modern technologies. ? Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
