The Program Level Quality Lead s primary responsibility is to validate the entire program scope meets the defined acceptance criteria and working with the program business executive, ensures that the acceptance criteria are on track to meet the intended business outcomes.

Primary Responsibilities
?Plans and ensures all stages of testing are on time and within budget
?Plans and ensures all dependencies are properly managed across integrated testing phases
?Oversees the test data management process and data security
?Oversees the defect management process and defect reporting
?Acts as an escalation point for defects not meeting SLA
?Supports the creation and management of risk scores and the
?Innovates and drives continuous improvement
?Drives Automation planning at the program level ; ensures automation is sustainable and is transitioned from build to run
?Coordinates the master test strategy with the data governance strategy to find synergy and avoid duplication of efforts
