Applicants should be passionate about delivering highly quality professional learning experiences to K-12 educators and administrators through virtual and in-person experiences. This role does require travel in the US and providing training in-person to our K12 partners. Applicants should have a background in coaching teachers and administrators, and in delivering professional development.Working closely with the Leader of Professional Learning, this individual will deliver world-class professional learning experiences for educators.WHAT YOU BRING
  • A love for building professional learning content from the ground up
  • Experience and ability to personally deliver engaging, high-quality live in-person and virtual professional development experiences to educators.
  • Ability to ensure training drives changes in teacher & administrator practices.
  • Excitement to collaborate with our team to customize professional learning resources to meet the specific goals of districts.
  • Ability to and excitement for travel throughout the United States
  • Ability to work 15 hours a week January-October 31
  • YOU WOULD BE A GREAT FIT IF YOU HAVE
  • 10+ years of experience in creating and delivering professional learning both virtually and in-person
  • World class training skills, including exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • 5+ years of experience teaching in a K-12 setting
  • Knowledge of Khan Academy
  • Excellent organizational skills - ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently, from start to finish
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
  • Strong technology skills including ed tech tools, video recording software, live video-conferencing tools, & -Google Workplace tools
