What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Read customer and shipping orders submitted in various formats, including deciphering challenging handwriting
? Enter data into specific Microsoft Excel fields while ensuring accuracy and consistency
? Verify data accuracy before entry and report any discrepancies to a supervisor
? Maintain accurate and updated logs of ongoing work
? Perform administrative duties such as filing and copying for approximately three hours daily

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
? Strong reading comprehension skills
? Critical thinking and organizational skills
? Good communication abilities
? Patience for repetitive tasks

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Basic reading knowledge of Spanish (about 5 to 10 percent of orders are in Spanish)
? One to two years of experience in data entry and/or filing
? Social perceptiveness and service orientation
