We've had several issues with our partner warehouses destroying product before it even arrives to the customer, so this quality check is very important to our company...

We were hired by this client to ensure product is arriving in satisfactory condition. They use this data to improve their packaging and shipping protocols to reduce waste and customer frustration.
Ever gotten a broken tub of laundry powder in the mail? I have.... and I'm still cleaning the dust out of my laundry room TO THIS DAY. Case and point? We want to prevent incidents like this. So your feedback about how the product arrived is incredibly valuable.
