About the role...

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product & Delivery Manager to lead our development team & Client Success Team and work closely with cross-functional teams including product development, customer service, sales, to understand the gaps and areas of improvements in the system that directly impact customer satisfaction and loyalty.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in software development or implementation, combined with exceptional leadership skills to effectively manage a team of Client Success Managers and Software Developers. The Product & Delivery Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the successful delivery of Sage Intacct solutions to our clients, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and quality standards.

Work Location

This position will report to the Director of Consulting and Lead the Product & Delivery team. This role is a fully remote position, with the employee primarily working out of their residential home office.

Role and Responsibilities
? Developer Collaboration and Prioritization: Collaborate closely with developers to prioritize tickets, projects, and the overall pipeline ensuring alignment with business objectives and client needs.
? Client Success: Manage a team of Client Success Managers by offering mentorship, support, and development opportunities through daily interactions, weekly one-on-ones, and team meetings.
? KPIs & Metrics: Compile and analyze KPIs and CSAT reports on a monthly basis, presenting findings to the Director of Consulting for review.
? Client Problem Solving: Collaborate with client success managers to investigate and assess the validity of complaints, exploring and recommending appropriate solutions.
? Client-Specific Request Prioritization: Work closely with clients and consultants to prioritize client-specific requests, balancing client needs with development capacity and project timelines.
? Process Adherence and Oversight: Ensure that the consulting team follows the established process and steps for client deliverables, providing guidance and oversight to maintain efficiency and quality.
? Timeline Creation and Feature Prioritization: Collaborate with stakeholders to create timelines for building out features and prioritize them based on business value, client impact, and resource availability.
? Backlog Management: Take ownership of managing and getting under control the backlog of requests for new features, ensuring that they are properly prioritized and addressed in a timely manner.
? Cyber Risk and Security Learning: Focus on learning more about cyber risk and security to better understand and address potential security implications in product development and implementation processes.
? API Call Management: Control the number of API calls and ensure that they are being effectively utilized to optimize system performance and minimize costs.
? Regular Team Meetings for Accuracy: Meet regularly with team leads to ensure that requests are accurately captured, understood, and translated into actionable tasks, fostering clarity and alignment across teams.

Team Health
? Work in a team-oriented environment and collaborate with project team, sales team, and practice leadership to ensure successful project delivery.
? Deliver prompt, concise, and friendly communication to build trust and long-term relationships with clients.
? Provide input and contribute to the development of new processes and procedures for service delivery, including development of templates, documentation of best practices, and contribution to the knowledge base library.
? Participate in multiple engagements simultaneously while ensuring deadlines and quality expectations are being met.
? Other duties as needed/assigned.

Qualifications
? Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
? Proven experience managing teams and leading complex software implementation projects, preferably with Sage Intacct or similar ERP solutions.
? 5+ years of experience in software development, implementation, or project management, with a strong understanding of financial management systems.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external clients.
? Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a results-driven mindset.
? Experience working in an Agile environment and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
? PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
? High emotional intelligence.
? Ability to work effectively and professionally with employees at all levels of a client?s organization, including executive leadership.
? Self-motivated with excellent organization, communication, and collaboration skills.
? Ability to deploy advanced business analytics skills to solve complex problems and interpret customer requirements into deliverable solutions.
? Excellent attention to detail, written and verbal communication, and high personal quality expectations.
? Strong interest in and aptitude for ERP software products.
? Accounting background, including the ability to intelligently discuss accounting-related concepts.
? Experience with standard office software, including Office 365, OneNote, GoToMeeting
