The Private Client Operations Specialist is a pivotal role within the Private Client Services team, serving as an escalation point, providing both operational support and oversight of the client accounts and transactions. Key Responsibilities: Provides ownership and oversight of assigned area, ensuring timely and accurate completion of pod's work. Delegates work to the team as needed, while actively participating in production work to stay abreast of trends. Demonstrates proactive planning and execution to successfully manage high volumes of work. Sets the tone for driving results by example, showing flexibility, and seamlessly switching between tasks to meet business needs. Serves as the initial contact for the team on production-related items and the escalation point for assigned pods. Acts as a secondary reviewer when necessary and handles complex or nuanced production items without guidance. Identifies gaps and opportunities for resource improvement, including processes and technology, ensuring updates are made promptly. Keeps the managers informed with a solution-focused approach regarding team progress, capacity, and potential obstacles. Identifies risks in daily production work and raises awareness to the managers promptly. Serves as the subject matter expert on broader department initiatives and reviews changes from other teams or external partners to proactively address potential impacts. Works closely with managers to review work allocation and ensure proper coverage, making shifts as needed to evolve with changes. Exhibits approachability, consistently making themselves available to team members by initiating contact. Fosters rapport directly with the team, other teams within PCS/CG and external partners. Adept at guiding conversations, adjusting communication styles, and contributing to a supportive and dynamic team atmosphere. Utilizes a strategic skillset to contribute to the department's projects, long-term goals and objectives. ?I am the person Capital Group is looking for.? Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field. Previous experience in financial services or client operations is preferred. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial management software. Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues. Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. ? Southern California Base Salary Range: $116,974-$187,158 ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital?s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
