Job Description
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
? Support teachers in managing aftercare program for pre-K 4-year old program
? Support students with the following:
? Engaging in enriching activities in 1:1, small group and whole group settings
? Supporting in managing outdoor play
? Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of classrooms ensuring the rooms are ready for the start of school the following day
? Support lead teacher with end of day closeout activities
? Support students with activities including bathroom support, snack, and rest
? Ensuring students are safe at all time during their time in school
? Time: Monday ? Thursday 3:30-5:30; Friday: 12:30-5:30
Qualifications
? QUALIFICATIONS
? Evidence of self-motivation, willingness to be a team player, and has a strong sense of personal responsibility;
? Ideal candidates are hard-working, urgent, energetic, and are willing to learn and adapt;
? Is extremely reflective and constantly wants to improve;
? is flexible and enjoys dealing with unpredictability;
? A strong candidate will possess strong organizational skills, communication skills (particularly with children), and problem solving skills;
? Interest in performing a critical support role and the ability to excel in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, results-oriented environment;
? EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND AND WORK EXPERIENCE
? High School Diploma; Passion for working with K-12 students.

Compensation for this position: The compensation for this role based in New York City is $18 per hour.
