Duties: Manage, configure, and install tools for data cataloging, data archiving, and data technology applications; deploy code across platforms and data environments including development, quality assurance, and... production; work with JILL technology internal customers and vendor support to investigate and resolve integration platform issues and enhancement requests, troubleshoot Informatica tool-related problems, and fine-tune for performance and perform server maintenance activities; define roles and enforce application security, and ensure all users have the necessary access to perform their tasks; develop training materials and maintain knowledge repository across data platforms for customers and the business; identify critical services and provide solutions to application teams to optimize resources utilized; establish new processes to streamline changes and approval mechanisms to ensure audit compliance; develop effort estimations, project weekly status reporting, task allocation and delivery; and build JLL's knowledge repository by writing technical documents on our data technology application tools. Requirements: Master's degree in Computer Science, Applied Computer Science, Engineering, or related field and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in a technology-related occupation.
