Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Part-Time Placement Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting students or job seekers in securing placements, internships, or employment opportunities. You will liaise between candidates and employers, providing guidance throughout the placement process. This part-time position offers flexibility, making it ideal for someone with excellent organizational and communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Placement Support: Assist students or job seekers in finding and securing relevant placements, internships, or employment opportunities. Review candidate resumes, applications, and qualifications to match them with suitable job openings or placements. Coordinate interviews and placement schedules, ensuring all parties are informed and prepared. Employer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential employers, including companies, organizations, and industry partners. Identify and establish new placement opportunities by researching companies and reaching out to potential employers. Act as a liaison between employers and candidates, ensuring clear communication and successful matching. Candidate Support & Guidance: Provide advice and career counseling to students or job seekers regarding career paths, job search strategies, and interview preparation. Organize and deliver workshops, webinars, or training sessions to enhance candidate readiness for placements. Monitor candidates' progress and offer feedback to help them succeed during their placement period. Administrative and Reporting Duties: Maintain accurate records of candidate applications, placements, and employer feedback. Track placement progress, including follow-ups with candidates and employers to ensure satisfaction. Prepare and submit regular reports to management regarding placement activities, success rates, and challenges. Collaboration & Communication: Communicate effectively with candidates and employers to resolve any placement-related issues or concerns. Work Schedule: Part-time position requiring approximately 4 hours per day. Flexibility to accommodate work-life balance, with occasional evening or weekend hours based on candidate or employer needs. Compensation: Fixed + Incentive. Flexible working hours and opportunities for professional development.
