Our work depends on a Pharmacy Informaticist joining our team to support the Indian Health Services (IHS) Electronic Health Records Modernization (EHRM) program. As a Pharmacy Informaticist supporting the IHS EHRM program, you will be responsible for supporting the client for clinical support.

HOW A PHARMACY INFORMATICIST WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
? Serve as an expert role model in promoting the understanding, integration, and application of information technology in healthcare settings.
? Help design, configure, activate, and support the implementation of Oracle Health EHR (Millennium) solutions at the Indian Health Service.
? Mentor client project teams as necessary in project and system build strategy.
? Act as a consulting professional who has an understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family.
? Consult with clients on service line workflow, and guide them through interdependencies and design decision impacts.
? Provide solution oversight, direction and expertise to stakeholders.
? Drive client-specific solution configuration design to meet workflow requirements and make recommendations to clients.
? Mitigate solution risks and issues and execute workflow and process improvement strategies.
? Lead client meetings and events.
? Work closely with project leadership on documentation of issues and facilitation of solutions
? Analyze and monitor workflows, providing documentation and optimization suggestions.
? Engage in evaluation and testing of new technologies.
? Maintain strong communications with project leader, manager, and team leader as well as other team and staff members, end-users, and vendors to ensure a productive and cooperative environment.

WHAT YOU?LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
? Bachelor?s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
? 8+ years of experience supporting medium to large IT projects.
? Knowledge of Indian Health Services workflows.
? Extensive knowledge and experience with the Oracle Health electronic health record.
? Experience acting as a consulting professional with an understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family.
? Experience driving client-specific solution configuration design that meets workflow requirements.
? Experience mitigating solution risks and issues and executing workflow and process improvement strategies.
? Proficient in Microsoft products.
? Ability to travel up to 25% of the year, if needed.

SECURITY CLEARANCE LEVEL:
? Must be able to obtain a public trust clearance, which requires residency in the U.S. for 3 of the last 5 years.
