What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Manage inbound and outbound calls to communicate the benefits of pharmacist consultations to patients
? Schedule patient consultations based on pharmacists' licensing
? Assist in developing Job Aids and Standard Operating Procedures for the Patient Service Specialist Team
? Ensure compliance with HIPAA and related privacy regulations
? Represent the employer professionally while adhering to company policies and procedures

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree in a related healthcare discipline preferred
? Minimum of 2 years of customer service or patient engagement experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
? Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively
? Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with Google Suite is a plus
? Excellent verbal communication skills with a compassionate demeanor
