This team operates on a 4-week rotation schedule, meaning all candidates must be comfortable with rotating shifts. Example of shifts:

1 Week 7:30am-4pm

2 Weeks 9am-5:30pm

1 Week 11:30am-8pm

Responsibilities:

Whats a typical day as Patient Support Eligibility Specialist? Youll be:

Performing day-to-day call center activities, including treatment center management and patient enrollment while guiding CAR-T patients through their treatment journey.

Onboarding new Certified Treatment Centers (CTCs) and establishing effective working relationships.

Providing program overviews and serving as the primary contact for patients and caregivers, supporting their enrollment through an online case management system.

Qualifications:

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Have an Associates Degree; a Bachelors Degree is preferred.

Bring a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a pharmaceutical or medical call center.

Possess excellent oral and written communication skills, demonstrating empathy and support for patients and caregivers.
