This position involves delivering patient-focused support services across a multidisciplinary scope, which includes food and nutrition services, linen and laundry services, housekeeping, and supply management. The Patient Ambassador is responsible for operating TUG robots to deliver and exchange supplies and patient meals to nursing units, ensuring that all duties are performed in alignment with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards. Responsibilities
? Provide patient-focused support services within a multidisciplinary scope.

Requirements
? Food Handlers certification within 90 days of hire.

? Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
