    What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Manage large volumes of inbound and outbound calls, ensuring all pertinent medical information is communicated to the provider
  • Collect and handle payments, ensuring accurate demographic and insurance information is documented
  • Schedule patient appointments and verify patient demographic and insurance information
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA and HIPAA regulations in all patient interactions and record-keeping
  • Provide empathetic and professional customer service to patients and their families
    What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED
  • Less than 3 years of experience in a medical practice, customer service, or revenue cycle department
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with patients, family members, and healthcare providers
  • Familiarity with medical office procedures and practices
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Previous medical office experience
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
  • Experience in handling insurance verifications and billing processes
  • Strong customer service skills in a healthcare setting
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
