As a Senior Partner Resources Business Partner, Licensed Stores, you will serve as strategic business partner, advocate and primary human resources contact, responsible for ensuring effective delivery of Partner Resources products and services to Starbucks Licensed Stores organization, advancing business growth and organizational strength, and elevating our culture and partner engagement. On a regular basis, you provide professional human resources advice and counsel to partners at all levels of the organization on leadership, management, performance, talent development, career, talent management, employee relations, and organizational design to build and sustain highly effective teams.
As the Senior Partner Resources Business Partner supporting US Licensed Stores Retail you will be the a key business partner supporting the US Licensed Stores North Region supporting the following Area teams: LS NY/NJ, LS Erie (includes, Buffalo, Syracuse, Pittsburgh), LS PAWNYS (includes Philadelphia, West Virginia), LS Boston and LS WA DC/Maryland.
As a Senior Partner Resources Business Partner, US Licensed Stores you will?
? Provides HR expertise and consults with leaders to bring talent priorities to life
? Partners with PRO (HR) Centers of Excellence and peers to elevate our culture, improve
organizational health, and drive partner engagement
? Elevates team performance by assessing team dynamics, building team capability, and
consulting on strategies to build high-performing teams
? Enables talent effectiveness by actively coaching leaders and partners using growth
mindset principles

? Aligns talent planning to the business rhythms so business leaders have a clear talent plan
focused on talent management, succession planning, building and developing talent, and
identifying strategies for closing capability gaps
? Facilitates talent discussions that will elevate the capability of partners within the
organization
? Partners in the design, implementation and change management of organizational
structures that support business strategy and growth

? Six years experience as a Human Resources generalist with emphasis in performance development, training, employee relations, and compensation administration
? Five years serving in progressively more responsible human resources generalist roles
? Three years experience consulting with internal clients to identify business needs and recommend solutions
? Three years experience supervising/leading employees
? Proven track record in creative thinking, client service mentality and passion for partners (employees)
? Strong knowledge of labor laws
? Required knowledge, skills and abilities include:
? Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
? Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
? Ability to apply consultative skills in a business environment
? Ability to make sound, timely decisions
? Strong understanding of HR market trends

If you are working in CA, CO, IL, LA, ME, MA, NE, ND or RI, you will accrue vacation up to a maximum of 120 hours (190 in CA) for roles below director and 200 hours (316 in CA) for roles at director or above. For roles in other states, you will be granted vacation time starting at 120 hours annually for roles below director and 200 hours annually for roles director and above.
The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. At Starbucks, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
