The Reservations Ambassador plays a vital role in delivering exceptional guest service. Based in scenic Aspen, CO, this position involves managing reservation inquiries, auditing reservations, processing deposits, arranging transportation, assigning rooms, and providing support to the front office team. Candidates with a passion for luxury hospitality, outstanding communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment will excel in this role. Previous hospitality experience is advantageous, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and adaptability to various software systems.

Key Responsibilities
? Convert reservation inquiries into confirmed bookings.
? Collaborate with the Reservations team and Front Office to facilitate room reservations, guest check-ins, and address inquiries regarding hotel amenities and services.
? Drive the initiative for direct bookings, assisting in converting OTA reservations to direct reservations.
? Audit and verify future reservations for accuracy and ensure guest preferences are fulfilled.
? Respond to guest inquiries via phone regarding dinner reservations, transportation arrangements, and concierge services.
? Participate in processing Banquet Event Orders (BEO) for the sales and reservations teams.
? Manage site notification responses for clients over weekends.
? Provide phone coverage for the Reservations team during weekend shifts.
? Ensure accuracy of hotel reservations using Maestro software.

Qualifications
? High School diploma or GED required.

Compensation And Benefits
? Pay Rate: $24/hour
? Employment Type: Part-Time, Non-Exempt (In-person or Remote within Colorado)
? Schedule: Saturday, Sunday, and one additional weekday; 9 AM - 5 PM
