Key Responsibilities
? Contractor Management: Coordinate with contractors to ensure timelines and deliverables are met.
? Schedule Management: Maintain project schedules, monitor deadlines, and synchronize calendars.
? Process Management: Review and improve workflows, create documentation, and address process-related challenges.
? Project Workflow Implementation: Design workflows, track progress, and provide regular updates.
? Innovation and Template Creation: Develop templates and tools to enhance team productivity.

Qualifications
? At least 1?2 years of experience in project management, operations, or a similar role.
? Proficiency in MS Office tools, Google Sheets, Drive, and Calendar.
? Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
? Ability to accept and implement training and maintain an open and positive attitude.
