Part Time Remote IT Support Helpdesk Rep

Responsibilities of the job:
? Virtually installing, configuring and troubleshooting computer software, systems, networks
? Monitoring / auditing and maintaining HIPAA Compliant PC's and cloud-based applications / networks
? Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests for end-user remote support including virtual desktops, cloud based systems and security applications
? Knowledge of Salesforce and Virtual Desktops a strong plus.
? Providing virtual technical support across the company (this may be in Zoom meetings or the phone).
? Setting up cloud-based accounts for new users
? Support for both PCs and Macs
? Possibly training more junior staff members Remote IT Support Rep - job qualifications and requirements

Although a formal degree is not required, qualifications for this remote IT Support role include the following:
? Remote experience
? Computer Science or Cybersecurity Background
? Software / DevOps / Engineering
