Job Description

As a FedEx Online Customer Service Representative, you?ll be the first point of contact for our valued customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service. You?ll be provided with all the necessary training to excel in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

3. Guide customers through various processes such as tracking shipments, processing returns, and other service requests.

4. Document all customer interactions thoroughly to ensure accurate records.

5. Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.

6. Stay updated on company policies, services, and promotions to offer knowledgeable support.

7. Participate in team meetings and ongoing training sessions to improve service quality.

Requirements:

1. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

2. Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office and online systems.

3. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

4. High-speed internet connection and a reliable computer setup for remote work.

5. Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.

6. Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.

7. Self-motivated and able to work independently without constant supervision.
