Ruffini Engineering Services INC. is seeking a highly motivated entry-level structural/civil engineer with a passion for learning and growing in a dynamic startup environment. This position offers hands-on experience with a variety of residential and commercial engineering projects.

Responsibilities: ? Assist in the design and analysis of structural components for residential and commercial projects. ? Support senior engineers with project management tasks, including scheduling, inspections, and reporting. ? Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers on multi-disciplinary teams. ? Prepare calculations, drawings, and technical documents for project designs.

Requirements: ? Bachelor?s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or currently pursuing a degree). ? Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, or other drafting/design software. ?... Eagerness to learn, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail. ? Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. ? Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
