The ideal candidate will use their passion for big data and analytics to provide insights to the business covering a range of topics. They will be responsible for conducting both recurring and ad hoc analysis for... business users. The Data Analyst works closely with his/her manager to learn and grow their coding skills, and critical thinking skills to develop business critical reports/dashboards.

This position is hybrid, requiring one (1) day in office in Toccoa, GA and does not offer sponsorship.

Principal Responsibilities
? Source, clean and curate data from multiple internal/external data sources
? Develop knowledge of 1st Franklin data, its usefulness and extract it
? Derive insights from raw data and develop reports/dashboards to communicate business insights
? Present recommendations to senior business leaders
? Develop knowledge of business and profitability levels
? Identify opportunities to improve profitability and/or customer satisfaction
? Collect and perform analysis of data
? Present recommendations to senior business leaders

Education, Qualifications, And Experience
? Undergraduate, analytically oriented degree with academic success
? Exhibit knowledge of data structures and relational databases
? Demonstrate familiarity with third party APIs
? Strong knowledge of SQL
? Knowledge of Power BI or strong desire to learn
? Advanced interpersonal relationship and consultative skills at a variety of business settings
? Demonstrate the ability to analyze relevant information and apply individual judgement
? Results-orientation with multi-tasking abilities
? Critical thinking skills to analyze relevant information and apply individual judgement
? Solid communication skills (verbal / written / interpersonal)
? Strong attention to detail
? Must possess a valid driver license with the ability to operate a vehicle
