? Managing inventory selection and reception activities to meet retail demand efficiently.
? The warehouse team relocates merchandise utilizing guidelines for product handling procedures.
? Systematically prepares merchandise for transportation by arranging and categorizing them effectively, and takes responsibility for unloading incoming shipments from trucks or back-hauls.
? Performs cleaning activities to maintain the neatness and cleanliness of the warehouse, maximizing the utilization of space and resources.
? Operates in-taking inventory counts of warehouses, according to established norms.
? Effective collaboration with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership is made possible through regular communication and sharing of information by this individual.
? Provides input to the warehouse management team on process improvements.
? Assesses products, confers with warehouse executives on commodity quality, safety apprehensions, and sanitation matters.
? Acts and resolves concerns without external influence or intervention within the given realm of authority.
? Supports the warehouse management team in achieving their budgetary objectives.
? Executes all delegated duties with precision, effectiveness, and adherence to organizational protocols and guidelines.
? Complies with the ergonomic program guidelines with precision.
? Performs job activities while prioritizing safety protocols and operating equipment.
? Alerts management about any possible concerns regarding product quality, sanitation, and safety.

Frequently relocate merchandise from the warehouse and make it ready for delivery to various stores. ? Being able to sit, stand, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk frequently is a requirement for workers employed in the warehouse. ? The job necessitates working under constantly changing temperatures, from high heat to extremely low freezing conditions, both inside and outside, as well as in refrigeration and freezer atmospheres. ? One should possess the aptitude to control heavy-duty machinery with safety and proficiency.
