Outbound Call Centre Sales Agent - USA Hours (Remote)

In this role, you will be responsible for following up with warm leads. Your primary objective is to engage potential clients and secure sign-ups. Work Hours: This role requires you to work US based hours (EST) (15h00 - 24h00 SAST). Requirements Key Responsibilities: ? Follow-Up on Leads: Reach out to warm leads who have shown interest in dental services for nursing homes. ? Service Promotion: Clearly and persuasively communicate the benefits of dental service packages tailored for nursing home residents. ? Close Sales: Use your sales skills to encourage potential patients to sign up for our services. ? Customer Relationship Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions with potential patients in the CRM system, ensuring all follow-ups and tasks are documented. ? Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by answering any queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the sign-up process. Skills: ? Previous experience in an outbound sales or call centre environment is preferred. Experience in healthcare or dental services is a plus. ? Exceptional communication skills ? Strong sales skills ?
