You will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering positive relationships with potential homebuyers.? *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via online chat, email, and social media platforms, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Provide detailed information about Lennar's products, services, and purchasing processes, aiding customers in making informed decisions.
  • Assist customers with online account management tasks, including login issues, order status inquiries, and contract information.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and efficiently in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Collaborate with team members and management to improve customer service processes and policies.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of Lennar?s product offerings, industry trends, and customer service best practices.
