  • **Technical Support**: Assist customers with technical problems, providing troubleshooting guidance and escalation to appropriate technical teams as necessary.
  • **Continuous Improvement**: Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance knowledge of products and services, as well as improve customer support skills.
  • **Performance Metrics**: Monitor and report on performance metrics related to response times, issue resolution times, and customer satisfaction levels.

  • **Experience**: Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support, with a focus on online chat or digital communication platforms.
