  • Assist customers in troubleshooting issues related to their WeWork memberships, bookings, and account management.
  • Escalate complex inquiries or unresolved issues to senior support staff when necessary, ensuring timely follow-up.
    3. **Information Provision:**
  • Provide accurate and detailed information regarding WeWork products, services, and company policies.
  • Guide customers through features of the platform, helping them maximize their experience.
    4. **Documentation:**
  • Maintain thorough records of customer inquiries, complaints, and interactions in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
