What You Will Do:
? Providing exceptional customer and technical support via calls, emails, and chats
? Gathering required technical information to ensure resolution of complex cases
? Working with cross-functional teams
? Meet team KPIs
? Ensure customers' satisfaction
? Securely work with customers? sensitive information

What you need to succeed in this role:
? Excellent German and English
? Ability to work collaboratively in a team
? Independent and proactive approach to work
? Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps?download and 40 Mbps?upload)

Will be a great plus:
? Experience in customer support
? Experience with CRM systems
