Position: Mortgage Call Center Representative...

Location: Remote (Must reside in the Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas area)

Pay: $18-$21/hr, based on experience

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

Job Type: Potential Temp-to-Hire

About The Role

As a Mortgage Call Center Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with their mortgage accounts. Your role will be essential in providing outstanding customer service, answering inquiries, and resolving concerns with care and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
? Respond to both internal and external calls from the message center, addressing customer requests within established timelines.
? Ensure all customer interactions comply with regulatory requirements by clearly and patiently explaining policies and procedures.
? Analyze customer service options and recommend solutions that best meet customer needs.
? Demonstrate a strong commitment to resolving issues while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
? Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries related to mortgage servicing.
? Perform tasks such as escrow analysis, account maintenance, processing payoff requests, and handling credit bureau disputes.
? Adhere to operational controls, including legal, corporate, and regulatory procedures, to protect the safety and security of customer mortgage assets.
? Maintain composure and a friendly demeanor when handling complex issues with dissatisfied customers.
? Manage escalated calls and serve as a resource for other agents.
? Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications
? 2+ years of experience in Mortgage Servicing.
? 2+ years of experience in a call center environment.
? Familiarity with MSP is preferred.
? Ability to thrive in a high-volume call center environment with frequent distractions.
? Exceptional customer service skills.
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
? Strong communication skills, capable of engaging effectively and empathetically with customers.
? Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
? Ability to execute and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
? Demonstrated professionalism and effective listening skills.
