What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Handle inbound and outbound calls from participants and prescribers to process order requests
• Verify insurance coverage for new and existing patients to ensure successful prescription processing
• Research and resolve payment issues, providing timely updates to requestors
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient account profiles and referral source data
• Coordinate the delivery and setup of medical equipment and supplies

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Minimum of 1 year in a customer service or call center environment
• 1 year of experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel in a work setting
• Verifiable High School diploma or GED is required
• Strong attention to detail and proven analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to effectively communicate with clients and team members

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• 6 months of knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and health insurance
• Experience in a healthcare setting or insurance industry
• Effective and empathetic communication style
• Basic alpha-numeric data entry skills with attention to accuracy
• Intermediate math skills with a focus on detail and quality
