Description:
As an Inbound Sales Representative for durable medical equipment, specifically Continuous Glucose Monitors (CGM), you will play a pivotal role in connecting with individuals and healthcare professionals, understanding their needs, and facilitating the sales process. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with inbound leads and convert them into satisfied customers by providing expert guidance and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. **Respond to Inbound Inquiries:** Respond promptly to incoming inquiries, including calls, emails, and live chats from potential customers interested in our continuous glucose monitoring products.
2. **Product Knowledge:** Develop a deep understanding of our continuous glucose monitors, their features, and the benefits they offer to individuals with diabetes.
3. **Educate and Advise:** Provide accurate and clear information to customers about the CGM products, their usage, and the advantages of continuous glucose monitoring in diabetes management.
4. **Assess Customer Needs:** Understand the unique needs and preferences of each customer and recommend the most suitable CGM solution based on their individual requirements.
5. **Provide Price Quotes:** Generate price quotes for customers, explain pricing details, and assist with insurance or Medicare reimbursement inquiries.
6. **Follow-Up:** Maintain a record of all interactions and follow up with leads as necessary to nurture relationships and close sales.
7. **Sales Closing:** Successfully close sales, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to all regulatory guidelines.
8. **Customer Support:** Provide post-sale support and assistance to customers with product setup, troubleshooting, and any questions they may have.
9. **Documentation:** Accurately document sales transactions and customer interactions in our CRM system.
10. **Stay Informed:** Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product advancements, and changes in insurance and reimbursement policies related to durable medical equipment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
