Medical Administrative Assistant - Remote | WFH

We're looking for a passionate Administrative Assistant to join our team at a thriving psychotherapy practice. You'll play a vital role in ensuring our therapists can focus on providing exceptional care to our clients.

In This Role, You'll...

Be the first point of contact for our clients, scheduling appointments and managing the practice calendar.

Assist with the financial aspects of the practice, processing payments, managing inquiries, and maintaining records.

Coordinate communication between therapists, clients, and other team members.

Ensure a comfortable and organized workspace for our team and clients.

Utilize Google Suite to streamline processes and collaborate effectively.

Contribute to special projects and support the team in various ways.

The Ideal Candidate Is Someone Who

Has prior administrative experience, preferably in a healthcare or mental health setting.

Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and team members.

Demonstrates strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.

Is proficient in both Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite applications.

Maintains confidentiality and handles sensitive information with discretion.

Brings a positive attitude and a collaborative spirit to the team.

This is a part-time position with the potential for growth and additional responsibilities. The schedule offers flexibility with both remote and occasional in-person work.
