Provide consulting support and assistance to HR business partners and division leaders in the areas of talent development, succession planning and performance solutions to help leaders improve individual and group performance. Leverage talent analytics wherever possible to provide data driven support and assist with the identification of opportunities to better engage and develop employees. Partner with Sr Analysts and HR Analytics team to create and execute on Talent Data Analytics & Reporting to measure impact of solutions against clear metrics. Leverage technology as a key enabler in becoming ?best practice? as an organization. This role will serve as an internal advisor and consultant on talent planning and development within the divisions, partnering and leading on key talent initiatives to drive talent education, employee development, succession planning, and talent flow.
