Manager Business Operations is a leadership role that is responsible for the operations integration of all facets of WFS fulfillment, primarily within the Reverse Logistics arena. This role will initially be a key interface between Fulfillment Centers, Product Developers, Account Managers, Partner Support staff, Transportation Partners Providers and the WFS business while owning the daily performance of our seller exit processes (return to vendor and liquidations) to include process improvement and development of tracking and performance measurement measures. ? *This role is remote and 30% travelYou'll sweep us off our feet if... Leading Daily Operational performance - Improve and standardize reverse logistics operations, initially focusing on Return to Vendor (RTV) and Liquidations. Build the Tools to Monitor Reverse Logistics Operations - In collaboration with business analysts, build and develop a measures and tools to monitor reverse logistics operations through advanced excel and basic level SQL and tableau application.
