Job Title Maintenance Group Lead Job Description Summary The primary responsibility of this role is to support manufacturing facility operations while managing a team of 6-10 maintenance technicians. The successful candidate will report to the Senior Manager ? Environmental & Facilities Operations, as they pursue the objective to help lead activities to ensure reliable and efficient operations of facilities . Job Description ?ead by ?Safety First? mindset, using principles such as ?Customer First and Respect for Team Members? along with learning & implementing the core foundation of the Production System in day-to-day operations. ?oach and develop Facilities Maintenance team members on a daily basis, provide clear direction, technical resources, training & work plans. ?upporting daily operations and maintenance for Plant utility and building systems ? Power, chilled water, compressed air, HVAC, water supply, wastewater, and dust collection equipment. ?racking and identifying operational issues and problem solve with countermeasures via maintenance repairs, and/or contract support. ?reating a standardized process(s) and documentation for various control systems ?upporting programming, troubleshooting, modifying, and/or repairing programmable logic controllers for facilities engineering systems ?roject planning and project management coordination for energy and water reduction ?ead activity to support Company Target(s) & Objective(s) such as Key Performance Indicators for Safety, Quality, Cost, etc. ?eading a team for daily response to equipment issues as not to impact and/or minimize downtime to production. ?evelop next generation of Facilities Maintenance Team Members. ? Assist with troubleshooting and repairs of buildings and installed systems to include: packaging and handling machinery, plumbing systems, kitchen equipment, roofs, drains, shop, grounds equipment, and HVAC ? Clean, lubricate, and service a wide variety of pumps, valves, pneumatic controls, electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic devices ? Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems What you bring ? 10+ years of related experience in a commercial or industrial property setting ?xperience in Facilities Maintenance in a manufacturing environment, including Preventive Maintenance and exposure to power, chilled water, compressed air, HVAC, water supply, wastewater, dust collection and similar equipment and processes ?LC experience for Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi or similar including troubleshooting and problem solving ?xperience with mechanical & electrical schematics, including the ability to read, interpret and modify ?emonstrated ability to perform failure diagnosis, including identifying and reporting on failure of components. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
