Job Duties and Responsibilities: ? Operate production machinery including lathes, mills, drills, saws, welders, and more. ? Read and interpret blueprints to set up, adjust, and operate equipment according to specifications. ? Conduct mechanical assembly of components using hand and air tools. ? Inspect parts for quality using measuring tools and address any defects. ? Perform basic operator maintenance to ensure equipment efficiency and prevent downtime. ? Utilize computer systems for inventory tracking and production records. ? Provide input for troubleshooting and problem-solving to optimize production processes.

Qualifications and Experience:
? High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
? 18 to 36 months of relevant experience required, with welding or mechanical repair experience preferred.
? Familiarity with SAP system desirable.
? Strong reading, clerical, and basic math skills required.
? Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and transition between tasks efficiently.
