Live Chat Support Representative
Are you ready to utilize your customer service prowess in a remote setting? We?re seeking diligent and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Live Chat Support Representatives. This role focuses on delivering exemplary customer service using online chat tools like Facebook Messenger to assist businesses with customer inquiries.
Roles: As a live chat assistant, you will be responsible for... responding to messages on a business?s website or social media accounts. Your tasks will include answering questions, providing sales links, and offering discounts to enhance customer experience and support business goals.
Rate: $35 per hour.
Location: This position is fully remote, open to candidates worldwide, with a preference for those in the United States.
Requirements:
Access to a laptop, phone, or tablet.
A reliable internet connection.
Basic English writing skills.
Skills/Background Needed:
This is a beginner-level position; full training will be provided.
No prior experience in paid live chat work is necessary.
