As a Live Chat Specialist, you will play a crucial role in facilitating communication between our organization and our clients, ensuring that inquiries are managed efficiently and effectively. ? *Responsibilities:**

• **Customer Engagement:** Respond to live chat inquiries in a timely and engaging manner, providing accurate information regarding our services, policies, and resources.
• **Issue Resolution:** Address client concerns and resolve issues proactively while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
• **Service Documentation:** Record client interactions in our CRM system, ensuring all inquiries and resolutions are tracked accurately for future reference and analysis.
• **Collaboration:** Work closely with team members across various departments to escalate any issues as needed and ensure an efficient resolution process.
• **Knowledge Base Management:** Contribute to the development and maintenance of our knowledge base to improve the quality of information provided to clients and streamline responses.
• **Feedback Loop:** Collect and relay client feedback to management to support ongoing service improvement initiatives.
• **Maintain High Standards:** Uphold the company?s commitment to excellent customer service and adhere to our communication guidelines and standards.
? *Requirements:**

• **Education & Experience:**
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related role, preferably in a healthcare setting.

• Proficient in using live chat software, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Basic understanding of healthcare services and terminology, with a willingness to learn more.
