• **Performance Metrics:** Meet and exceed established KPIs, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.

### **Requirements:**

• **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years in a customer service role, with a focus on live chat or digital communication preferred.

• **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in live chat software and CRM systems; ability to quickly learn new technologies and tools.
